Married: Coburg 20. Apr 1896 Alexandra, Princess of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1884-1966), daughter of Prince Alfred, Duke of Edinburgh, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1844-1900) and his wife Maria Alexandrovna, Grand Duchess of Russia (1853-1920)
