Alice of Albany

Princess Alice Mary Victoria Augusta Pauline of Albany. She was named for her late aunt, Princess Alice, whose widower, the Grand Duke of Hesse and by Rhine, was a godfather.

Daughter of Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany (1853-1884) and Helene, Princess of Waldeck-Pyrmont (1861-1922)

Feb 1904 Alexander Prinz von Teck, cr. 1st Earl of Athlone in 1917 (1874-1957), son of of Franz, Herzog von Teck (1837-1900), himself a morganatic son of  Alexander, Duke of Württemberg (1804-1885), and Princess Mary Adelaide of Cambridge (1833-1897).
