Daughter of Roberto I. Duke of Parma and Piacenza (1848-1907) by his first wife Maria Pia, Princess of the Two Sicilies (1849-1882).

Married: Villa Pianore, Lucca, Italy 20. Apr 1893 Ferdinand, King of the Bulgarians (1861-1948), son of August, Prince of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1818-1881) by his wife  Clémentine, Princess d’Orléans (1817-1907).
