Daughter of Franz, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Saalfeld (1750-1806) by his second wife Auguste Gräfin Reuß zu Ebersdorf (1757-1831).

Married: Coburg 23. Feb 1804 Emmanuel Comte de Puilly, since 1818 Graf von Mensdorff-Pouilly (1777-1852), son of Albert-Louis Baron de Pouilly, Comte de Roussy (1731-1795) and Marie-Antoinette de Custine (1746-1800).
