Gustaf Adolf Oscar Fredrik Arthur Edmund, Hereditary Prince of Sweden, Hertig av Västerbotten; called Edmund by his family.

Son of Gustaf Adolf, Crown Prince of Sweden, later King Gustaf VI. Adolf, (1882-1973) by his first wife Princess Margaret of Connaught (1882-1920).

Born: Stockholm 22. Apr 1906

Married: (civ.) Veste Coburg 19. Oct and (rel.) Church of St. Moritz, Coburg 20. Oct 1932 Sibylla, Princess of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1907-1972), his second cousin, daughter of Carl Eduard, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1884-1954) and his wife Viktoria Adelheid, Princess of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (1885-1970).
